Lindsey was awesome and I would highly recommend her to anyone buying a house in Gainesville or in Alachua county. My wife and I were new to the Gainesville area (we are moving to Florida from California) and were not quite sure what kind of house we wanted and in which part of town. Lindsey patiently worked with us, presented different houses and options, was very quick to adapt to our requests and provided sound advice about the offers. We viewed many, many properties, placed several offers and at the end got the house we wanted for a price we were willing to pay. But that is not all. Even after we closed on the house, Lindsey continued helping us with advice regarding utilities, HOA, neighbors, and many other such things that made our move less stressful. If I could, I would give her ten stars!

Lindsey is amazing! I was probably the least prepared potential homebuyer that she has ever worked with, but she found me the perfect home for me and most importantly for my dog.
